Reflection: in my opinion what I believe this quote is trying to tell us is that in order for you to do well, reach higher, and do what’s right  you, need to have respect towards yourself as well as with others. You should always have dignity and be honest with everything you do or say. Always have good self-esteem towards yourself. Because once you love yourself nothing and no one can bring you down.
