Reflection

“Obedience is central to becoming, being, and remaining happy.”
      David A. Bednar

Reflection:

what I believe this quote means is that obedience is not only just the key to success, but it is also the key to making yourself a better person. Being obedient and doing the right thing will take you very far in life. Never give up and always keep trying, even when you fail because failure is a part of success. If you don’t fail you won’t try harder, and if you don’t try harder you won’t make yourself a better person. So never give up, stand up and try harder. Be obedient and choose the right. ;)

“You have only always to do what is right. It will become easier by practice, and you enjoy in the midst of your trials the pleasure of an approving conscience.”

                                     Robert E. Lee

Reflective: what I believe this quote means is that some things in life might be a bit hard but you should always do it the right way even at its hardest, with practice it won’t be difficult anymore.

Example: typing may seem difficult, but with practice, sooner or later you’ll get used to it and type quicker than ever. It just takes practice. J

Student Success Statement

      Student Success Statement

I have three messages:

(1) We should never, ever give up.

(2) You are never too old to chase your dreams.

(3) It looks like a solitary sport, but it takes a team.

           Diana Nyad, American Swimmer

Reflection: my reflection over these three messages that were given to us by Diana is that giving up isn’t an option, you should always accomplish your goals or dreams, in which age doesn’t take a roll in your achievements because you could never be too old to accomplish what you want in life. There might be obstacles your way,  but nothings ever easy.
