1. food - try to keep a healthy
diet. Eat fruits and vegetables to get fiber. Limit your sodium. Limit total
fat.
2. Avoid smoking – can damage blood vessels.
3. Keep an active life style –
finding something to keep you active for
a minimum of 30 minutes a day.
4. maintain a healthy body weight –
protein control is key
5. Reduce your stress – external stress
can cause internal stress.
I myself is no where near being in condition, I need
to start keeping a healthy diet, and exercise daily for a minimum of an hour. I need to limit myself
with the amount of sodium and fat i consume, and I need to reduce the amount of stress I carry, and stop
worrying about not just myself but the people around me.
