Duties and responsibilities:

They are in charge of treatments for eye disorders and diseases. They are in charge of treating vision problems and give prescriptions, they correct eyeglass lenses. If it’s necessary they can perform eye surgery.

Average salary: $90,000 - $150,000

Educational requirements:
After they complete medical school and internship it is required to complete a three to five year residency in an ophthalmologist program. Then they must pass and exam to be certified.

Reflection: I honestly would not like to be an ophthalmologist because I panic when it has to do with surgery.

Progress Report

I have gotten a bit closer to achieving another of my goals because I have so far not failed any of my tests. And I hope to do good in each and every single one (; it takes effort to pass, but it always takes some sacrifice to accomplish anything.
Student Success Statement

Reflection: I believe that once you set your mind to something you don’t stop until you achieve it. And the only obstacle that can stop you is yourself. Because no one but yourself can give up, so don’t ever stop trying. ;)
