Student Success Statement
“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the park of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”
President John F. Kennedy

Reflection: this statement has many different meanings, but the importance to this in my opinion is that you should always maintain your body fully healthy because without your health you’re technically not fully capable of accomplishing everything you’d want to achieve. Second of all not only would you be physically damaging yourself but you’d be mentally hurting yourself because your body is technically the most important thing after your brain. (;
